Like the other reviews, I agree the service is always quick and good. But they should ensure important notifications and policy changes reach us before sites go down.
I run video training websites and have run into problems: please read the fine print about limitations of hosting media files. I now host media on the cloud and reserve the small space on siteground as backup.

I have earlier worked with other hosting providers, but using siteground and using there service gives me great comfort.
notably their customer support, their response time is so quick, that i have wondered how many they have engaged in customer support.
i would come back to siteground the next time also without any secodn thought.
