most deifinitely great support ... they answer your support tickets within 10-20 minutes. fast responses and they any issue promply. I cannot doublt this company. They are very realist and better than maihost.com and better then aplus.net/ those two companies are rip offsl

Recently I had a technical support problem. The service was quick (less than 30 minutes to restore a backup version of my site) and it was done correctly. Of course, this is a fee-based service, but I got what I paid for. My only recommendation would be that longtime clients (5 or more years) receive a few \"free\" service tickets each year.
