I have my blog Delarea.net hosted with Host Color for almost 4 years. I don't have skills in website management and the only thing I can do is to use WordPress without even being able to change things on my design theme. Host Color has registered my domain name and helped me to set up my account. I didn't have any issues with them within the last 4 years. They have even saved my domain from redemption last year, when I forgot to renew it in time. I realize that my website isn't that big or important and I'm paying less than $50 per year for domain and hosting. However the customer servie I receive is excellent. BAsed on my experience I recommend Host Color to anyone.

I had hostmonster and my site was always having outages. Then one day hostmaster turned off my account because I had too much data on the server. I Ported to green geeks, and they assured me it was no problem. Outages are far and few, usually planned with an email notice well ahead of time. They are also on efficient green machines. I love them and will be with them for many years...

Be careful with these guys. They misuse your credit card. I signed up and they suggested I click on Trial free software and then after a month once the trial period is over without my knowledge charged me for it. When asked they gave me a "tough luck" answer. Terrible! Andrew was the guys who responded maybe he is the only guys there....I don't know but it is not right! No ethics! Please be careful when you signup with these guys. I am waiting for my year to come up so that I can move!!!!

I wanted to say that they don't offer the e-commerce already installed. You have to do that yourself. They however make it super easy so there is no problems with that. Another thing I like is that you can upgrade your plan in any of the sections offered. This is not the only plan. You choose the best one for you. There is cheaper.

My site was being hacked and exceeded allowed bandwidth. They move my sites without implementing dns forwarding, thereby intentionally allowing all of my sites to go down! They sent me an email about this after changing the dns so I didn't get the email or know what was going on. Then, they blamed me for the it! : "Many of our customers who share your server were furious about the server's crippled performance" Also, constant service interruption and downtime in the past. Maybe five times for an hour to a day over the past six months. They are unreliable, will intentionally let your sites go down and blame you for their issues! Stay away!!!!

IX we hosting is likely to be a decent value for most people. However, if you need to build a Joomla site, then look elsewhere. I tried auto installing joomla 1.5.2, and found that it does not come installed with sample data. Their tech staff confirmed this. When attempted to manually upload joomla 1.5.8., I found that their PHP server was incompatible. I made a half heated attempt to alter the htaccess file, & rename it as per instructions, but that also failed. Perhaps if I persisted for a few more days I could get my Joomla working, but I lack the patience for this, and am now searching for a new host. Bottom line, IX is NOT set up for Joomla. At least not yet.

Anyone contemplating paying any money to allreseller need be not worried to lose it! I signed up for their basic reseller account on the conditions of their TOS, one of which is a 30-day money back guarantee. I had email bouncing issues (later found out that their IP/s were being blacklisted) and their technical support was pathetic - one liner vague replies that didn't answer anything I had asked and just wasted my time. I canceled my account as per their same TOS and awaited a refund (the say it will be processed in thirty days) but it never eventuated. Then they just don't respond to you and go around all the web hosting review sites and enter stupid comments, pretending to be YOU! From what I can make of them, they are a couple of ignorant cyber kiddies (Zac and Nathan) that will rip you of as fast as look at you. I wish I had looked around more thoroughly before I signed up because now that I have been ripped off by them, I seem to have found a LOT of others in the same boat!. I suggest you do NOT sign up with these scammers! They should be investigated by the police and shut down!

Once upon a time, I signed up for free hosting with Byethost, and it was good. VERY good. I was happy, for a while. I recommended Byethost to anyone who was looking for a professional & reliable free host. Something happened, somewhere... and the goodness became tainted. Perhaps it was ego, perhaps it was greed. That remains a shadow ever escaping the light. Perhaps, I can chase away some of the darkness with my experiences - I am coming up to my 2nd year as a Premium Client, and it can't end soon enough. I have been victim to extended downtimes, and usually at the worst times, complete data loss (seriously - everything... GONE) and inappropriate site redirection (Porn site anyone?) while they fumbled with their hardware. I've lost clients, and never an official apology. I dread seeking support, as I know I'll get some cookie cutter answer that doesn't even remotely relate to my question. Their forums are at least amusing, but be careful, else you be gagged if you complain too much, or shed some truth to how awful the service is. (Ever wonder why there's no bad reviews on their forum? Mmmm, makes you wonder.) What once was, is sadly no longer. Go elsewhere, anywhere, but run as far away as you can from Byethost (and stay away from their little resellers too - it's even worse!) But that's a horror story for another time.

I am SO disappointed in the GoDaddy Wild West Hosting service. My SITE AND EMAILS HAVE BEEN DOWN for FIVE DAYS due to a GLITCH IN THEIR SYSTEM, and NONE OF THE FIVE support people I talked to provided the correct information or remedy - even telling me to put input bad data NUMEROUS TIMES!! EVEN AFTER I CORRECTLY TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM!! I LOST SEO PLACEMENT, TRAFFIC, and REVENUE as a result, and their entities made no gesture or attempt at easing that pain. A traffic blazer or something to help get us back on track would have AT LEAST been appropriate. To recap: THE PROBLEM WAS THE FAULT OF THEIR SYSTEM, created at the outset by bad info from their representatives, and perpetuated by a complete lack of understanding of their system and additional erroneous info by the technical personnel I personally spoke with. 5 DAYS! And now they say they are going to "escalate my service ticket," but it could "take up to 72 hours for resolution!" What am I paying for? I will go elsewhere, set-up a new account, and let it propagate for a day - and SAVE MYSELF 2 DAYS! SAD SAD SERVICE GODADDY!!!!

Hostway was my first hosting company, so I stuck with them for a long time...I guess out of sentimentality. I can readily find invoices in my Inbox from them for the last 6 years, although I may have been with them longer. I wanted a month-to-month hosting service, so Hostway fit the bill. And when I started, I thought they were attentive to my newbie needs. Over the years, I learned more about web pages and wanted mine to do more. The final blow was when I found out in January of 2007 that my plan was supposed to include, among other things, php and a my SQL database. I had to write to their support people in order to get those added to my account--when I had been paying to have those items for God only knows how long! Then, I was told they'd need to move me to a newer server to get the rest of the services I should have had. They finally did this a month later, or so they claimed. I changed my mind on the software that needed all the services, but those were services I was paying for each month, anyway, so I left them. At that point, something happened, and I was FTPing into two separate places--one place when I used the Hostway web based FTP tool, and another when I used third-party software. The items I FTP'd with their web based FTP, which I had to sign into my account to reach, would NOT even show up on my web page. So, I just used the third-party software, and didn't really have a problem doing that, until I needed to use ssh. So, I logged into my account and used their web based ssh, and that didn't work for my site, either. Nothing I did from the Hostway web-based tools would show up on my site files when I look at them through third-party FTP software, and vice versa. Then, they shut off my FTP capabilities, claiming I had too many files. (Almost nowhere else you look for hosting has a limit on the number of files you can upload, but Hostway does--even if you are nowhere near your size limits, they will cut you off for the number of files.) I told them I was convinced they had doubled the files for me, because of the FTP situation. They NEVER figured that out, for the rest of the time I was with them. In March of 2008 I finally began using the services which were supposed to be active on my account, since the change of servers in February of 2007. I encountered tons of problems and spent days trying to figure out what was going on. I'm still mostly a newbie. I had relied on the fact that all the services I needed had been set up in 2007, so I had ruled that out as a problem. When I finally did email Hostway about my difficulty in March of 2008, I learned that MY ACCOUNT HAD NEVER CHANGED SERVERS AND I DID NOT HAVE THE SERVICES THAT I'D BEEN PAYING FOR AND BEEN TOLD WERE ON MY ACCOUNT FOR THE LAST ENTIRE YEAR. Again, they never fixed the problem with their own web-based tools for my account, so I couldn't even access FTP and SSH through their site. I had to do everything on my own. They never even let me pick out a password for my own Mailman Mailing List...they did this weird thing where the password gets listed in the URL of a separate window that opens up for Mailman Admin. And there were no instructions telling me this, I just had to email them for support, every time I needed something. This meant a wait of three days at the very least. I told the technical support people how angry I was, and that I didn't want to quit them, but I would have to if they didn't shape up. They didn't really seem to care. So finally I transferred my domain, and told them I wanted to cancel my account. They are now trying to extort me into CALLING them to cancel, even though I have already given them the information they asked for in email, to cancel the account. Bottom line, what did I hate about Hostway? Having to deal with them, it was always a huge waste of my time. And being lied to, and fraudulently billed for services I was supposed to have on my hosting plan (and didn't for at least a year), according to their terms of service.

I do not like the Bluehost services.. I moved 3 of my sites over to them and it was a sore disappointment. I had constant downtime problems with my sites and when they were up, they loaded really slow. It seems like they have over filled their servers and the resources are not enough.

I highly recommend this host. I have several web site that are hosted by Lunarpages. Their technical support is good. Their customer service is excellent I ve always got replies within 24 hours and every update email I receive is that they ve decided to increase storage space or data transfer. I had Lunarpages hosting for the last 4 years and for me they are the best service around, couldnt ask for better.

i passed a lot of times trying to find the right webhosting provider and searching a lot a found that the one that fill my specs was siteground.com, it is complete, easy, friendly and its the best. hope u can enter this company service. by. www.carlosbarranco.org this add i have it installed on this company.
